How much do you charge for Delivery?
Chicagoland area customers for only $35.00 any size order. Out of Chicagloland area or Out of Sate Customers please call (630) 446-5688 EXT#101 for a Quote.
How much will I pay for Delivery if I am not in Chicago?
We make it fair and will love to earn your Business, here is an example of Destination vs Price: (50 Miles or less from our Warehouse $35.00) (100 Miles or less from our Warehouse $50) (Over 101 miles please call).
How long does delivery take?
Orders submitted before 1pm can be delivered 1-3 Business days. Over 25 miles please call to see our scheduled delivery dates to your area (Usually 1-5 Business Days).
How far do you Deliver?
We currently deliver as far as 100 miles in Illinois from zip code 60143. Over 100 miles or out of State please call.
Why didn’t my delivery arrive?
Sometimes mother nature does not allow us to deliver for the safety of our staff, you may call or use the contact us and ask for an update for your order.
Can we Pickup our order?
Orders submitted before 1pm can be Picked up same day. Please make sure to place a comment on the checkout page that you will be picking up with a time-frame of your arrival.
What days are available for Pickup?
Pickup can be Scheduled anytime Monday – Thursday 8:30am-6pm and Friday 8:30am-2pm
Can I visit the warehouse to pick my order?
At this moment we prefer to place your order online or with one of our sales reps.

What if I have Items Missing from Pickup/Delivery?
You are asked to count your merchandise upon Pickup/Delivery, we are not responsible for missing boxes/items after you pick up or driver leaves your place of Business.
